Premium RV Roofing
Impact Guard RV Roof Systems
The toughest RV roof available — Impact Guard's reinforced membrane delivers superior hail resistance, UV protection, and long-term waterproofing. Installed by RVTI Master Certified technicians who come to you.
What Is Impact Guard Roofing?
Impact Guard is a premium reinforced roofing membrane engineered specifically for the RV industry. Unlike standard EPDM or TPO membranes, Impact Guard incorporates a multi-layer construction that dramatically increases resistance to hail, falling branches, and road debris — the most common causes of RV roof damage in North Texas.
The membrane is fully adhered to the roof deck, eliminating the seams and fasteners that are typical failure points on older RV roofs. A seamless installation means fewer leak entry points and a longer service life — typically 15–20 years with proper maintenance.
Done Right RV Repair LLC is one of the few RVTI Master Certified mobile repair operations in North Texas installing Impact Guard systems. We carry the material on our service vehicles and can complete most full-roof installations at your driveway, campsite, or storage facility.
Why Choose Impact Guard?
Built for the demands of Texas weather and the open road.
Superior Hail Resistance
Multi-layer reinforced construction withstands hail impact that would crack or puncture standard EPDM membranes — critical in North Texas storm season.
Seamless Installation
Fully adhered with no exposed fasteners or lap seams. Fewer penetration points means dramatically reduced leak risk over the life of the roof.
UV & Heat Protection
Reflective white surface deflects solar heat, keeping your RV cooler in summer and reducing AC load — a real advantage in Texas summers.
15–20 Year Service Life
With annual inspection and resealing at penetrations, Impact Guard roofs routinely outlast standard membrane systems by 5–8 years.
Lightweight Construction
Impact Guard adds minimal weight compared to fiberglass or aluminum alternatives, preserving your RV's payload capacity and fuel economy.
Mobile Installation
Our certified technicians bring everything needed to your location. No towing, no shop drop-off, no waiting weeks for a service bay.

Our Impact Guard Installation Process
Every installation follows the same certified process — no shortcuts.
Roof Inspection & Moisture Scan
We start with a full inspection of the existing roof deck, checking for soft spots, delamination, and moisture intrusion. Any damaged decking is repaired before the new membrane goes down.
Old Membrane Removal
The existing roof material is stripped back to the deck. All old adhesive, sealant, and fasteners are removed to ensure a clean bonding surface.
Deck Prep & Repair
The roof deck is cleaned, dried, and any damaged sections are replaced. A properly prepared deck is the foundation of a long-lasting roof.
Impact Guard Membrane Application
The Impact Guard membrane is cut to size and fully adhered using manufacturer-specified bonding adhesive. We work in sections to ensure complete, bubble-free adhesion.
Penetration Sealing
All roof penetrations — vents, AC units, antennas, and skylights — are sealed with compatible sealant and flashing tape to create a watertight barrier.
Final Inspection & Walkthrough
We inspect every inch of the finished roof and walk you through the installation. You receive care instructions and a recommended maintenance schedule.
